Returns Policy

1. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them.

You can do so within 30 days after purchase. The identification tag must still be attached to the product. We will fully examine the return product and will notify of your right to a refund (if any). In general, the refund will be processed within 10 working days and in any case, within 30 days of the day that you received the e-mail confirmation of the return right. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. RETURNING PRODUCTS FOR WHATEVER REASON

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within 30 calendar days after delivery, as long as:

the products are unwashed and unused.

the product is in its original, undamaged packaging.

the product is complete.

3. RETURNING GIFTS

At the moment, we cannot offer a product return to the person who has received it as a gift. In order to return the product, please contact the person who purchased the product for you and ask them to follow the procedure for returning orders as stated.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

4.EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ARTICLE OR SIZE

If you want to exchange an article for a different one please follow the steps below.

HOW TO PROCEED:

1ST STEP: Contact us.

Send an e-mail to: hello@tryvertty.com

Tell us why you want to exchange the item and confirm the address to where the order should be sent. If paid by bank transfer, please tell us your NIB or IBAN, so we can make the return.

2ND STEP: Place the item in it's original packaging.

Please, use the original packaging to send us the unwanted item.

If the box has a label, stickers or other materials from previous expeditions, please remove it and stick the return label, which was delivered with the order.

3RD STEP: Follow our instructions.

We will coordinate with you and the courier to arrange the best option for the unwanted item to be collected and returned to us. Once the original item is safely delivered to us we will process the new shipment and exchange your item.

NOTE: In every return, exchange or refund, the buyer is responsible and billable for every additional shipping cost that may apply.

5. PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS

Customers must pay for postal costs if returning/exchanging any items purchased through a campaign or using a promotional code.
